Fun with Photoshop

We had the home inspection this week and have requested to have some things fixed. There are termites in the crawlspace that have to be treated. There is also a water/mositure problem in the crawlspace that we want fixed and the heat shield in the furnace is cracked and needs to be replaced. There were a couple other things we asked for too and some other small repairs we'll make after we move in. We haven't heard back from the sellers yet so we'll see what happens.

In the meantime, I had some fun in photoshop playing with colors and changing the kitchen up a bit. Here is before and after in the living room.

The change in the kitchen is a little more dramatic. Same paint colors since the floorplan is so open and there isn't a logical place to stop the paint. Plus a new stainless steel fridge (they're taking the existing fridge so we have to buy a new one), combination pothanger/light to repalce the florescent fixture and paiting the cabinets white to match the trim and molding in the room.
