Promotion

That's right, break out the champagne. I have been promoted to lead designer. It's pretty much a new title for doing what I'm doing now except I have some authority over the other deisgner there and I can be trusted to be left in charge when other assorted supperiors are out of the office. I got a very good review and a promotion. Yeah, go me.
