Pop Up Card

So my job rocks. I spent most of this afternoon researching and constructing a pop up card (think pop up book) to go in a picnic basket we're giving as a gift for a potential client. Wilson, my boss, told me he was thinking about ants and some verbage along the lines of "marketing is no picnic". GO. That was it, not more guidance and I ended up creating a pop up picnic basket on the inside of the card with a wine bottle, french bread, cheese and chicken drumstick popping out of a 3-d basket. Check out the link that was my inspiration Make your own pop up. If you can imagine it, it is similar to the birthday cake with candles popping out. A very cool project, something hand constructed, but with very cute ant graphics. How often do you get to make something like that. See, my job does rock.
