House Update

We have signed the contract on the brown house! Yipee!

I didn't ever think the day would come. It's been a long and drawn out process but I really think it's been worth it to hold out and buy the house I fell in love with. We're going to close at the end of July, hopefully the 25th. I just can't wait.

I can't wait to have more space, to have a yard and a porch to sit on, to have a place I can customize all my own. And to have a shorter address (Lee Street as opposed to Lowell Bethesda Road). It's an amazing house and I can't wait to get started making it home for me and Ashley.

Oh yeah, he's excited too. :-)
